Yuletide 2025 Letter
Oct. 20th, 2025 10:55 amThank you for considering writing for me! I appreciate the generous use of your time and I'm sure I'll love whatever gift I receive.
Mayor of Kingstown
Bunny and Mike are in such an interesting position. They have so much trust and faith in each other, even as they backstab and blindside each other to advance their own agendas. They use each other, but their connection also compromises the neutrality (for Mike) or partisanship (for Bunny) they need to survive.
Hunter: the ParentingI really love Big D, so pretty much all my prompts are to do with him.
Shippy prompts: I love how much and how freely D loves, and it's been implied over the course of the series that D's had many previous spouses/fiancees/romantic entanglements. I'd love to see one of those relationships, either with a canon love interest like Occam (or Kevin), or an OC. I suppose what interests me is the classic hunter dilemma (few friends and many enemies; the people who best understand you probably are trying to kill you) combined with D's unique combination of ebullience, competence, and absolute insanity. Please go nuts with this.
Gen prompts: Kitten and D meeting for the first time, bonding, hunting together. D teaching anybody about some aspect of the WoD universe. Hell, how and where did he get his kids? I do really love the CoD lines, especially Changeling: the Lost, and if you want to include aspects of those games I'd be delighted.
ÉtoileI'll be honest, I love just about every combination of characters you can get in this show. I adore Genevieve standing up for Mishi against her mother, Cheyenne mentoring Susu, Nicholas and Jack's unwavering love and support for each other, Cheyenne and Jack's ~everything~, Lucien being Genevieve's right hand man... so feel free to include anyone you want in your story. I'd rather that Tobias wasn't a main character in the fic, but like, feel free to acknowledge he exists.
References to Nicholas's hospitalizations and Jack's family curse are okay, especially if you set it after Jack turns 46 in a "I'm still alive!" sense.
Emily in Paris
Camille/Emily/Gabriel: Listen. So much of Emily's behavior makes at least 50% more sense if you accept that she has a massive unacknowledged crush on Camille. If they all got drunk and had a threesome, it would solve so many of their problems. Would it cause many new ones? Absolutely! Very entertaining ones! You can really set it at any point in the timeline, too.
Emily/Sylvie: Their relationship gives me life! I love seeing them grow to trust and rely on each other more, how Emily earns Sylvie's respect and Sylvie begins to let Emily in. I ship them a lot and would love to see them together.
Sylvie loves laughing at Emily's relationship drama, so give me Emily panicking that she slept with her boss and Sylvie laughing on the sidelines. Maybe Sylvie sees it as a one-night stand and Emily reluctantly accepts that, but Sylvie has to reckon that Emily's working her way into her heart. I can't imagine either of them would be very willing to discuss their relationship at work; I can easily see shenanigans happening where Emily runs around trying to keep her coworkers from realizing she's sleeping with Sylvie. You're welcome to address Sylvie and Emily's canon love lives as much or as little as you want here.
I will have watched season five by reveals, so don't worry about spoilers.
If you include Camille, Emily, and Gabriel in a story, I'm okay if Sylvie doesn't appear. If you include Emily and Sylvie, I'm okay if Camille and Gabriel don't appear.
